Batch workflow
- Open SnapVee Desktop.
- Choose the build that matches your Mac or Windows device.
- Sign in with your SnapVee account.
- Confirm every source is public and something you are allowed to save.
- Paste the links you need to process, one URL per line.
- Review the selected quality before starting the queue.
- Keep the app running while tasks finish.
- Check completed files and organize them immediately.

File organization
Use a predictable folder structure:

Keep the original source URL with important files. It helps with later source checking, rights review, deduplication, and archive cleanup.
Quality planning
Do not send an entire queue through 4K by default. For videos up to 30 minutes, audio or up to 480p uses 1 point, 720p uses 3 points, 1080p uses 6 points, 2K uses 14 points, and 4K uses 30 points; longer videos apply duration multipliers (×2.5 for 30–60 minutes and ×6 for 1–2 hours).

Device limits
One SnapVee account can activate up to 3 desktop devices, with 1 active desktop session at a time. This supports device switching without running simultaneous desktop sessions.
