Transcription, subtitles, summaries and viral breakdown spend media minutes; AI image, video, dubbing and review analysis spend AI credits; downloads spend download points. Upgrade to a subscription for ongoing use.
What's the difference between media minutes and AI credits?
Media minutes cover transcription, subtitles, video summaries and viral breakdown (charged by video length); AI credits cover AI image, video, dubbing and review analysis. Both refresh monthly with your subscription, don't roll over, and are separate pools — heavy transcription won't eat into your image quota.
How do Lite, Pro and Studio differ?
Each month they include: media minutes 600 / 1200 / 3000, AI credits 400 / 1200 / 3000, download points 200 / 500 / 1200. All three are watermark-free with 1080p+ downloads.
What if I run out of quota?
Subscribers can buy add-on packs (media-minute packs / AI-credit packs) that stay valid long-term, or upgrade to a higher tier. Free users must subscribe before buying add-on packs.
How are download points charged?
By resolution and length, based on a 30-minute baseline: low-bitrate audio or 480p and below 1 point, 720p 3, 1080p 6, 2K 14, 4K 30; longer videos cost more (30–60 min ×2.5, 1–2 h ×6). Short-video platforms like TikTok, Threads and Pinterest are a flat 9 points; X, Instagram and Facebook a flat 11.
How are AI video credits charged?
Credits vary by model and resolution. 480p: Grok 20, Seedance Fast 30, Seedance 50 credits/sec; 720p: Grok 30, Seedance Fast 40, Seedance 50, HappyHorse 90 credits/sec; 1080p: Grok 40, Seedance Fast 90, Seedance 130, HappyHorse 175 credits/sec. The exact cost is shown before you submit, and failed tasks are refunded.
Monthly vs yearly billing?
Yearly saves about 17% and is billed once a year; media minutes, AI credits and download points still refresh monthly and don't roll over. Cancel anytime from your account — it takes effect at the end of the current period, and you can resume before then.
Which platforms are supported?
Public pages currently focus on major platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook and Threads. If a platform is temporarily unavailable, please let us know via support.
Which payment methods are supported?
Subscriptions and add-on packs currently support card payments.
Can I get a refund?
Digital products generally aren't refundable once actually used. If you hit a technical issue that makes the service completely unusable, contact support within 7 days of purchase.
