These terms apply to your use of the SnapVee Studio website, accounts, public-link downloads, conversion and merge tools, video summaries, subtitle transcription, AI creation, desktop watermark removal, credits, subscriptions, payments, and related support services.
1. Operator and scope
SnapVee Studio is maintained by the SnapVee Studio team. Unless a page says otherwise, these terms apply to the public website, account features, task processing features, AI creation features, desktop-connected features, credits and payments, and customer support offered on snapvee.com.
By accessing, registering, signing in, purchasing, submitting a task, or using any feature, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
2. Current service scope
SnapVee Studio currently provides public-link downloads, video and audio conversion, file merge tools, video summaries, subtitle transcription, AI copy optimization, AI image generation, AI video generation, template and history management, desktop watermark removal, account balances, and credit ledger views.
Service results may include temporary download files, transcripts, summaries, mindmaps, subtitle scripts, AI-generated images, AI-generated videos, template assets, task status, and error information.
Some features are provided through web pages, while others may rely on the desktop app, background queues, third-party models, object storage, payment services, or messaging services.
3. Lawful use and content responsibility
You must ensure that submitted links, uploaded files, prompts, reference images, generated results, and downstream use comply with applicable law, platform rules, copyright, publicity rights, trademark rights, privacy rights, and other third-party rights.
You may not use the service to process or generate unlawful, infringing, unauthorized, adult-illegal, malicious, fraudulent, impersonating, misleading financial or medical, or otherwise harmful content.
The public website is described only for content you own, are authorized to use, or are allowed to save and use under the source platform's rules. You may not use the service for member-only extraction, access circumvention, large-scale scraping of third-party data, or infringing redistribution.
4. Accounts and security
Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
If you discover account compromise, abnormal credit spend, abnormal generation activity, device misuse, or other security risks, contact us promptly. We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts for abuse prevention, risk controls, payment disputes, rights-holder complaints, or legal requirements.
You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account, or bypass sign-in, credits, subscription, device, rate-limit, or allowlist restrictions.
5. Free trial, subscriptions, and add-on packs
New free users currently receive 60 AI credits and 5 download points, both valid for 7 days. Downloads spend download points. Subtitles and summaries convert video minutes into credit spend. AI creation and desktop watermark removal spend AI credits.
Pro subscriptions are currently offered monthly, quarterly, and yearly: $6.99/month, $17.99/quarter, and $59.99/year. Pro includes 200 download points, 600 min subtitle transcription, 300 min video summaries, and 900 AI credits each month. Subtitle transcription and video summaries convert video minutes into credit spend. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over to the next month.
Download packs are currently one-time top-ups: $2.99 for 30 download points, $6.99 for 70 download points, and $19.99 for 200 download points. AI credit packs are currently one-time top-ups: $4.99 for 300 AI credits, $9.99 for 700 AI credits, $19.99 for 1600 AI credits, and $54.99 for 4600 AI credits. Purchased allowance currently has no fixed expiration date and may be bought without a subscription.
Prices, currency, taxes, promotions, payment methods, purchase regions, and available plans may change. The purchase page and checkout page shown at the time of purchase control the final purchase terms.
6. Allowance spending, balances, and refund ledger
Features that require allowance are charged under the current pricing rules. Downloads spend download points by quality or audio type; summaries, transcripts, and subtitles convert duration into credit spend; AI images spend AI credits by model and quality; AI videos spend AI credits by resolution and seconds; desktop watermark removal spends the matching allowance by image or video type.
Downloads spend monthly Pro download points first, then purchased download packs. AI creation, video summaries, transcripts, and subtitles spend monthly Pro AI credits first, then purchased AI credit packs. You can review balances and ledger entries in your profile. Ledger entries may include grants, purchases, spends, refunds, and expirations.
Some tasks may pre-spend allowance based on available information and then adjust the spend after the system confirms actual duration or processing results. If task creation fails, queueing fails, or the system records a refundable failure, the system refunds through the corresponding ledger entry.
When allowance is insufficient, unsubscribed users are generally guided to upgrade to Pro, while subscribed users are generally guided to buy the matching add-on pack.
7. Feature limits and device limits
In addition to credits, some features may depend on subscription status, daily limits, task queues, file size, media duration, model capability, source platform, region, browser, device, and risk controls.
AI video generation and related prompt optimization currently require an active subscription. Follow-up AI chat on Summary result pages currently does not consume credits, but may be subject to daily limits, account state, and risk controls.
The desktop app currently allows one account to activate up to 3 devices, while only 1 desktop device may be used at the same time. Device limits, activation state, and desktop capabilities may change with product updates.
Existing Early Bird lifetime users keep their existing benefits. Lifetime benefits are no longer sold to new users and do not mean that every future AI feature, add-on pack, third-party model, or high-cost capability will be free forever.
8. Payments, renewals, and refunds
Payments are handled by Stripe and the card or wallet payment methods shown at checkout. Full payment card numbers are handled by payment processors and are not stored directly by us.
Subscriptions renew or expire according to the selected billing cycle, checkout terms, payment processor rules, and account records. Contact support if you need cancellation help, billing information, or payment issue review.
Because this is a digital service, refunds are generally not available once service usage has begun. Unused add-on packs, duplicate charges, payment errors, or technical failures that completely prevent service use may be reviewed manually if you contact us within a reasonable time, except where a refund is required by law.
Consumed download points, AI credits, completed tasks, tasks already in processing, failures caused by user-submitted content, and failures caused by third-party platform restrictions are generally not grounds for unconditional refunds.
9. Credential material and local-first handling
If access to content you lawfully control truly requires an authenticated session, we prefer that the workflow happen locally instead of sending cookies.txt, exported sessions, or similar credentials to the cloud.
If you still choose to submit that material, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and accept the resulting risk and responsibility. We may refuse high-risk credentials, abnormal account material, or requests that appear to bypass platform restrictions.
10. Temporary files, task records, and privacy
After a task completes, result files may be uploaded to temporary object storage before delivery by download link. The target retention period is about 24 hours, but actual deletion can happen later if cleanup jobs are delayed or fail.
We may retain account status, credit ledger entries, payment status, task status, error details, download history, generation history, device records, and necessary logs for fulfillment, troubleshooting, rate limiting, abuse prevention, financial reconciliation, and customer support.

11. Regions, availability, and third-party dependencies
Availability may vary by jurisdiction, platform restrictions, third-party models, payment services, object storage, networks, browsers, desktop app versions, infrastructure policy, and risk controls.
We do not guarantee that any link, platform, format, quality level, model, generation quality, processing speed, download source, or third-party service will remain available. Queue congestion, source-site changes, model failures, risk-control blocks, or force majeure may delay tasks, fail tasks, or make features temporarily unavailable.
We may refuse, limit, or discontinue service in higher-risk jurisdictions or scenarios, including ceasing to publicly operate in certain regions.
12. Rights-holder notices, termination, and liability limits
If we receive rights-holder complaints, platform notices, payment-risk flags, law-enforcement requests, or other compliance requirements, we may delete tasks, disable access, remove pages, suspend accounts, restrict balance use, or cooperate as required.
If you violate these terms, applicable law, or third-party rights, we may immediately stop providing the service to you. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and we limit liability for losses arising from your submitted content, your use of result files or generated results, third-party platform changes, network failures, or events outside our control.
